Built on 1.5 acres in 2016, this 6000 square foot home in the north valley boasts over 300 linear feet of 14" thick, cast in place concrete walls, ranging in height from 8' to 14'. The owners are avid art collectors giving the home a "gallery like" feeling. Designed by DNCA Architects. Photographed by Robert Reck.
When the owners of Sunbelt Properties Inc. decided to build for themselves in the north valley, they sought the help of Jon Anderson Architects. Working with Jon Anderson and Sam Sterling, the project architect, their dream came to life after a year of planning. The end result was a 4,000 square foot, two story, contemporary home with nine to twelve foot ceilings, an abundance of natural light, east and west facing balconys, a modern kitchen and plenty of entertainment space. The scope of work on this project consisted of remodeling existing space as well as adding to the footprint of the home. The end result was a new and larger kitchen, a dining area, a laundry area as well as additional storage space. Phase 2 of the project consisted of a carport, outdoor storage as well as a solar panel system for the home. Designed by Sam Sterling Architecture.
Located in the Village of Los Ranchos, this property was completely renovated in 2015 as a bed and breakfast with multiple suites, a manager's quarters as well as a commercial kitchen and dining area. Designed by Jon Anderson Architects.

Offering amazing views of the city as well as the Sandia mountains, this home was cut into the bluff and utilized pre-cast concrete slabs between floors to meet the height restrictions of the sub-division. The covered balcony along the east elevation of the home is accessible from multiple rooms. Designed by Robert Peters.
Built in Nob Hill, this project consists of a main floor bar and exhibition kitchen, a basement bar and prep kitchen as well as mezzanine seating upstairs. The 6,500 square foot project salvaged the original hardwood floors and exposed structural steel trusses as well as some of the wall finishes. Designed by Lee Gamelsky Architects.
